Product Feature

1.control ensures high output force and stable pressure, which facilitates shrinking and forming of pipe fittings. Radical pressing force of workpieces is adjustable to ensure workpieces have enough clamping force and will not slide backwards during processing. Specific circumstances are as follows: (1) Slightly add abutted seam size of upper/lower clamping parts, upper seaming chunk presses downwards to touch workpiece, afterwards hydraulic pressure goes up to preset value which is tested by the pressure sensor imported from Germany and is transformed to be output through PLC input treatment so as to realize pause of downward pressing while reaching preset pressure value. This course is completed instantly. As various deformations of tubular materials in time of tube shrinking might further shrink the external diameters of the clamped tubular materials, energy accumulator is added to hydraulic system to ensure that pressure can be timely upplemented so as to effectively control impact deformation degree in time of diameter shrinkage of tubular materials. (2) After hydraulic lock is added to hydraulic system to avoid tight clamping, a small amount of hydraulic oil backflows due to inner hydraulic leakage. (3) Surface roughness of clamping device is increased to 0.4. 2.Workpiece forming molds have 8 sets, including 6 sets of molds that relies on servo motor ball screw and linear guide rail to move forward and backward. Coder positioning and grating ruler distance measuring ensures that positioning precision is less than 0.01mm. Positioning range can be adjusted optionally. Clamping for many processing procedures can be finished at one time to ensure product precision.

3.Left/right ends tube-shrinking cylinder and 2-station movable cylinder adopt proximity switch control combined with mechanical hard limit to limit stroke, being adjustable.

4.Stroke and pressure of workpiece pop-up end limit oil cylinder is adjustable to meet clamping and positioning requirements for different workpieces.

5.Operation, pressure, stroke and speed can be modified easily on the operation controlling machine.

6.To meet the growth requirement of your company, front mold sleeve is supplemented between two operating positions and large mold can be added. Furthermore, inner mold installation position is supplemented and can be dismantled in no use.

7.Meet the requirements of operators and on-site operation:leave certain space on console to put workpieces (space with 399mm vertically and 933mm horizontally); leave space enough space for operators to operate the machine conveniently.
