FBS-X series single-column electric servo riveting machine

1.With C-type machine body design, machine body is integrally cast to ensure good rigidity, small deformation through high temperature aging treatment.
2.This machine adopts PLC control. Actuating speed, pressure and time can be freely set within on the touch screen. Upward-moving position of workbench has high precision and good reliability.
3.It is specially designed for edge forming, riveting operation for various precision accessories such as plunger pump sliding boots and silicone-oil clutches etc.
4.Principal axis adopts variable frequency power head design.Rotary speed of principal axis can be adjusted freely, with easy operation and wide actuating range.
5.Upward movement is driven by servo electric cylinder. Displacement precision reaches 0.005mm.
6.With safety design, the machine adopts double-hand operation and has functions of emergency stop and up-and-down inching.
7.Upward movement of workbenches has two kinds of speeds, fast stepping and pressurized slow stepping. Fast stepping improves operation efficiency. The speed of pressurized slow stepping can be adjusted freely to protect molds and improve press-fitting quality of products.
8.Adopt two circulative starting modes, button and pedal.
9.Riveted products have wide diameter ranges. Products of different diameters can be riveted by adjusting the opening of riveting head.
10.Infrared safety device (Optional according to customers’ demands).
